Hi, I’m Julia,

Accredited sports nutritionist (Adv Dip) and gym owner with almost 2 decades of experience in the health and fitness industry.
What makes my approach unique is my first hand experience competing in a variety of sports, combined with years of education in both exercise and nutrition. I have personally competed at National level in Powerlifting and Body building and in the CrossFit Regionals. I've also run several full and half marathons.

I have 2 sons, who are currently National Champions in Swimming and are both on the Australian team competing world wide! I have been their Sports Nutritionist and Strength & Conditioning coach for 5 years.
