  • How do I know which plan is for me?
    Choosing the right plan is not easy. If you have any doubts about which plan is right for you, simply click here and book in a free 15 minute teleconsult to discuss the most suitable plan based on your goals.
  • Are the nutrition programs suitable for vegetarians ?
    Yes! If you are vegetarian you can continue to eat from your usual protein sources. I also make sure that I share plant-based recipes and guides.
  • How flexible are the programs?
    Our programs will help you achieve your goals, but like any other human, we do love a treat every now and then! If you follow our plans you will be able to achieve your goals but we also let you be flexible and will equip you with very useful tips for when things don't go exactly to plan. From a nutritional point of view, you can choose what protein, carbohydrate and fat sources you wish to fit your program.
  • Is an exercise program included?
    We do include an exercise program in the Fat loss Fundamentals program. In all other programs you have the option to add an exercise program specifically tailored to your goals or sport. If you have any injuries the individual exercise program will cater for your specific needs.
  • Are the programs suitable for school age teenagers?
    If you have a teenager that you'd like general nutrition advice for, it's recommended that you book in for a 1 hour consultation . If your teenager plays sport and you'd like them to get the best out of their performance the Teen Athlete package is recommended, where you can also add a sport-specific exercise program.
  • I want to put on muscle, which program should I choose?
    The premium individual program is tailored specifically to achieve your goal. We have check-ins every 2 weeks to monitor results and make program adjustments accordingly to ensure continual results.
  • I eat healthily but can't seem to lose weight. What can I do?
    The premium individual program is perfect for you if you already have a level of knowledge around nutrition and want to start seeing results.
  • I have gained weight during menopause and can't seem to lose it. Can you help?
    Yes! I've helped many women lose weight they gained during menopause. I recommend taking the premium individual program for this.
  • What type of exercise programs can you help with?
    Any. Either a tailored program specific to your sport (running, triathlon, swimming, CrossFit, soccer, powerlifting, etc) or a specific weights program or fitness program. It entirely depends on your goals. I have helped many athletes in different sports with amazing results!
