Do you struggle to hit your daily protein targets? Look no further. Our protein baked oats packs a whopping 50g of protein per serve! This meal is sure to keep you feeling fuller for longer,
What you will need:
Air fryer (or use your oven)
Blender
Oven proof dish
INGREDIENTS:
80g Oats
200ml Almond milk
1 Medium banana (80g)
1 scoop protein powder
150 pouch vanilla yo-pro
5g baking powder
drizzle no sugar caramel sauce
METHOD:
Place almond milk, protein powder, oats, banana and baking powder in blender.
Pulse a few times then blend until smooth consistency
Line your oven proof dish with baking paper (and spray sides with oil spray if desired)
Pour mixture into oven proof dish
Place oven proof dish in to the air fryer and bake at 160 for 16 minutes. (if you want the centre to be less gooey, bake for 3-4 mins longer)).
Once cooked, let cool for 5 minutes,
Pipe yo pro on top of baked oats and add desired amount of caramel topping
Garnish with a fresh strawberry and enjoy!
